I have had such a lucky working life. I have been surrounded by people I could always learn from even if I didn’t know it at the time. My career thus far has been fairly reflective of a gen X’er, 9 jobs at age 40. Starting in manufacturing as a production manager fresh out of university, to now being involved with a tech startup, a long way from putting abalone guts into fertilizer in Dover, Tasmania.
I have decided to log this part of my life through a blog as I hope I can pass on learnings and observations to many others about life in a startup.
